Travis Kelce was all smiles as he celebrated his big screen debut with his teammates.
The 35-year-old NFL star treated his Kansas City Chiefs teammates to a special early screening of Happy Gilmore 2, which features more than one special Kelce cameo and marks the tight end’s first movie appearance.
The Chiefs shared clips of Kelce and players watching the movie in a screening room on Instagram Saturday, July 27, writing, “The guy on the Chiefs and The Waiter in Happy Gilmore 2. Thanks for the early showing! Watch now on @netflix 🍿.”
In one clip shared from the screening, Kelce, who plays a waiter in the movie, can be seen repeating one his character’s lines, “Blueberry jubilee,” as his teammates laughed.
The athletes — who are currently at the Chiefs’ preseason training camp at Missouri Western State University — enjoyed snacks and pizza while watching the Adam Sandler comedy, which seemed to have the Chiefs screening room cracking up.

Kelce’s cameo in the movie has received tons of support from his loved ones. Taylor Swift called her boyfriend’s film “an absolute must watch,” giving it a 13/10 score, and the movie’s director Kyle Newacheck recently told PEOPLE that Kelce was “fantastic” in his role.
“He’s a hard worker, and he wanted to do right by the film… everybody did,” Newacheck said, adding, “I think Kelce’s just so charismatic.”
