Taylor Swift gave Selena Gomez and Benny Blanco a special gift from her kitchen.
On Tuesday, July 22 — Gomez’s 33rd birthday — Blanco shared a photo of a basket filled with fresh bread and a Le Labo candle.
“Homemade sourdough” is handwritten on a sticker adorning the package, along with a note saying “For Selena + Benny,” followed by a heart.
Another handwritten message reads, “It’s a loaf story,” a play on the lyrics to Swift’s 2008 hit “Love Story.”
The pop superstar, 35, signed the thoughtful present “Love, Taylor.”
Gomez shared a sweet Instagram photo with Swift in a carousel showing her loved ones on July 20th, writing that the past year was the “most beautiful” of her life. The image sees the longtime friends sitting in a pile of metallic balloons.
Swift is known for her baking skills. In May, she made homemade Pop-Tarts for the crew working with her boyfriend, Kansas City Chiefs tight end Travis Kelce, on a photo shoot.
And in 2024, Kansas City Chiefs head coach Andy Reid shared that the “Karma” singer had made pastries for the players, during an interview with Mike Florio and Chris Simms at the NFL Scouting Combine.
“Kind of behind-the-scenes, she, to fit in — she didn’t even know she was doing this, I don’t think — she likes to cook, so she made the offensive linemen these homemade pop tarts,” Reid said. “So it was over. She knew right where to go.”
