Matas Buzelis had a nice rookie season with the Chicago Bulls, which leaves the fans of the Illinois-based franchise with huge expectations for the Lithuanian athlete.

Both sides recognize that a lot of room for development still exists, and Buzelis is aware that he can improve significantly.
Last season, Buzelis averaged 8.6 points and 3.5 rebounds in 81 games played.
Bulls have set two clear goals in correlation with Buzelis about a new role for next season, according to Julia Poe of The Chicago Tribune.
Chicago strongly believes that Buzelis could change his playstyle in the near future.
“Being a primary, secondary ball handler is like second nature to me,” Buzelis said. “I used to play [point guard] when I was younger, so it’s not really anything new to me. I think it’s just going to get better with time.”
The second goal is more personal for Buzelis, but still related to the basketball court.
“I have to be more vocal,” he concluded.
