With training camp just days away, the Kansas City Chiefs officially announced a series of front office promotions and new hires in a post to their official Twitter account on July 19.

While none of the moves impacted Kansas City’s coaching staff, the savvy maneuvers are sure to manifest in subtle changes to the Chiefs’ long-term trajectory over the course of the next few years.

Mike Bradaway and Tim Shea were both promoted to Assistant General Manager roles. Ryne Nutt and Tim Terry both saw their titles upgraded to Vice President of Player Personnel, and Marc Richards was promoted to Director of Football Research and Development.
