Selena Gomez and Benny Blanco are in the middle of planning their wedding, and there are some updates!
According to the Daily Mail, the couple are going to tie the knot in “a matter of weeks” in California.
Per a source, “Selena and Benny’s wedding is going to be a two-day event in Montecito in September. Everyone invited has been asked to bring overnight bags to stay for the weekend.”
The insider added that while the wedding is small, there will definitely be celebs in attendance: “Although it’s for friends and family only, many on the friends list are huge celebrities including Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce, Selena’s co-stars from Only Murders In The Building, and music superstars who are Benny’s friends and some he’s also worked with.”
Another source tells the outlet that “Selena loves being engaged but she has been dreaming of being married forever. At the end of the year it gets busy, not only for them, but also for everyone they want to attend.”
And speaking of people they want to attend, a third insider says that Taylor Swift being able to be at the wedding is a priority for Selena. As they put it, “Selena is not having her wedding to accommodate Taylor, but she wants her to attend and she would love for her to be able to go with Travis.”
FYI, all this info comes a few days after Benny told Jake Shane that wedding plans weren’t super underway just yet, saying “We both need to chill. We’ve both been working so much.” So take this with a grain of salt!
