Taylor Swift’s influence is no secret.
With 280 million Instagram followers and 81.6 million monthly Spotify listeners, among other metrics, the superstar has the kind of pull that public figures dream of. Such fact is not lost on, well, the whole world, but especially Kylie Kelce, who referred to Swift as a “cheat code” while chatting with Ed Sheeran.

Kylie, media personality and wife of former Eagles star Jason Kelce, hosted the “Shape of You” singer on her podcast, “Not Gonna Lie,” yesterday. During their kiki, Sheeran reflected on his music career, spotlighting a particularly meaningful moment with rapper Eminem.
“There’s never been a louder crowd than when I brought Eminem on stage in Detroit,” Sheeran said, recalling his 2023 show. “That’s the cheat code.”

The singer-songwriter then asked Kylie who she thinks would be a “cheat code” for an audience in Philadelphia, her home town. To which Kylie responded, “Taylor,” without hesitation.
Fans will know, Swift is from Reading, Pennsylvania, which is an hour and a half outside of Philly.
“I kind of think Taylor anywhere, though,” Sheeran added. “True. Very true,” Kylie agreed, nodding her head.

Both Kylie and Sheeran, of course, have special connections to the “Love Story” hitmaker. Swift is famously dating Kylie’s brother-in-law and Kansas City Chiefs tight-end Travis Kelce, while Sheeran has been friends with the singer for more than a decade. The British musician joined Swift during her 2013 Red tour and recently performed with her during her record-breaking “Eras” Tour.
Sheeran also reflected on his friendship with Swift while appearing on Alex Cooper’s podcast “Call Her Daddy” back in April. “I probably see her, like, four times a year … [and have] proper sit-down, six-hour catch-ups,” Sheeran said.
