The Phoenix Suns appear to be moving toward a resolution with guard Bradley Beal, and it could see him land with a team he has long been linked to.
Barry Jackson of the Miami Herald suggested that the Miami Heat could pursue Beal if the Suns buy him out. He cautioned, however, that a team like the Milwaukee Bucks could be more desperate to land Beal than the Heat would be.
Now that the cat is out of the bag, Beal was the player I was referencing last night when people started pleading for details I wasn’t authorized to offer yet. We know the Heat have tried to be aggressive this offseason, though they do not have much to show for it yet. Beal may not be the headliner they were trying to land, but he still shot 38.6 percent from three-point range last season. Injuries have been an issue, but a change of scenery could be beneficial for Beal.
