The pop mogul’s former home features over 5,000 square feet of living area on 1.11 acres overlooking Nantucket Sound
Someone’s “Wildest Dreams” just came true!
Taylor Swift’s former Cape Cod beach house just secured a buyer, according to Realtor.com. PEOPLE previously reported on the $14.5 million listing on May 8. The pop mogul previously owned the Massachusetts mansion between 2012 and 2013.
The “Blank Space” singer first closed on the seven-bedroom, eight-bathroom home for nearly $5 million in November 2012. Swift lived on the property, which is steps away from the Kennedy family compound, amid her romance with Robert F. Kennedy Jr.’s son Conor Kennedy.
Swift ended up selling the property for $5.675 million in early 2013 following the end of the relationship.
The entire property features over 5,000 square feet of living area on 1.11 acres of waterfront land.
According to Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices’ listing, “every room is oriented toward” the adjacent Nantucket Sound.
It also features a heated in-ground pool and private access to a secluded beach.
Elsewhere in the home is a dramatic entry foyer, a spacious dining room that can seat 12 and a chef’s kitchen. The inside also includes multiple fireplaces and a sun room with large glass doors.

The owner that followed Swift subsequently completed notable updates that significantly increased the asking price.
“The property has been transformed through a masterful collaboration between the current owners, architect Dell Mitchell, and interior designer Heather Wells,” the listing says. “Today, it stands as a sophisticated yet relaxed modern coastal retreat.”
Originally built in 1928 atop a rocky bluff, the home has changed owners a handful of times. It is unclear if the most recent buyer offered the full asking price of $14.5 million.
