Tyler Glasnow will start a rehab assignment with Triple-A Oklahoma City, per The Athletic’s Fabian Ardaya.
The right-handed starting pitcher will reportedly throw two innings in his first outing.
The Los Angeles Dodgers also expect Glasnow to have at least three outings before they will activate him from the injured list.
Tyler Glasnow’s next outing will be with OKC as he starts a rehab assignment. Expected to go two innings, per Dave Roberts.
Roberts said earlier this week he expected Glasnow to have at least three outings on his rehab assignment.

The Dodgers transferred Glasnow to the 60-day IL on May 31. He is dealing with right shoulder inflammation that caused Los Angeles to place him on the 15-day IL on April 28.
Glasnow only made five starts this season before joining the list of injured Dodgers pitchers. He accrued a 4.50 ERA and 28 strikeouts across 18 innings.
The Dodgers expected to have five potential aces in their rotation before Glasnow and starting pitchers Roki Sasaki and Blake Snell got injured.
Glasnow and Snell could return sometime in July, and it remains unclear what Sasaki’s status is for the remainder of the season.
In addition to depleting the Dodgers’ rotation, Glasnow’s injury is frustrating because he was also injured during the entire postseason in 2024.
He went down with season-ending right elbow tendinitis in August and left the Dodgers without their ace for their World Series run.
Before the injury, Glasnow made a career-high 22 starts while logging a 3.49 ERA and a career-high 168 strikeouts. He also earned the first All-Star selection of his career.
It was his first season with Los Angeles after they acquired him in an offseason trade with the Tampa Bay Rays. Therefore, Glasnow, who the Dodgers immediately signed to a five-year, $136.5 million contract extension, has yet to pitch in the postseason for Los Angeles.
Glasnow pitched in four postseasons with the Rays prior to joining the Dodgers, holding a 5.72 career ERA in the postseason.
The goal now is for the Dodgers to ensure Glasnow is fully healthy before bringing him back from the IL so he will be able to pitch in this year’s postseason.
