The Kansas City Chiefs have been at the top of the NFL mountaintop for the past several seasons, led by quarterback Patrick Mahomes.
Mahomes has been with the Chiefs for the past eight seasons, having led the team to five AFC titles and three Super Bowl titles. During this time, Mahomes has been named a two-time MVP, two-time Super Bowl MVP and six-time Pro Bowler.
Amid the success for Mahomes, he’s received high praise from his teammates.
On Monday the Chiefs posted a video of several Kansas City stars during their photoshoot with the team.
“Saved the best for last,” posted the official social media account of the Kansas City Chiefs.
In the last leg of the video, Marquise “Hollywood” Brown sent a message about his quarterback.
“It’s Hollywood Brown, I’m passing the phone to the greatest player of our generation,” Brown said.
Patrick Mahomes then popped in the video, responding to Brown’s statement.
“I’m Patrick Mahomes,” Mahomes said.

While Tom Brady is widely considered the greatest player of all time, Patrick Mahomes’ resume in such a short period has led many to believe he can climb up the all-time player rankings.
During his time with the Chiefs, he’s been considered the toppest quarterback in the league, while several other stars make a name for themselves, such as Lamar Jackson, Josh Allen and Joe Burrow.
In his last season with the Kansas City Chiefs, Patrick Mahomes posted 26 touchdowns, 3,928 yards and a 67.5 completion percentage.
Mahomes’ most consistent target, tight end Travis Kelce, finished the game with three touchdowns and 823 yards on 97 receptions.
