Kansas City Chiefs 10-time Pro Bowl tight end Travis Kelce has had a relatively quiet offseason. So too has his girlfriend, 14-time Grammy Award winner Taylor Swift, who has been laying low this spring. Last year, of course, the couple made headlines nearly every week as Kelce traveled abroad to visit and support Swift while she was performing all over the world on her Eras Tour.

After losing Super Bowl LIX, Kelce decided not to retire and return for at least one final season, hoping to end his career with another Lombardi Trophy.

He has spent this offseason getting into better shape in hopes that he will have a better year in 2025, while Swift has been enjoying not having to be in a different country every week.

As the spring as progressed, Kelce and Swift have seen their names brought up numerous times in regard to the high-profile Hollywood lawsuit filed by actress Blake Lively against Justin Baldoni, accusing him of harassment.

Per Athlon, “U.S. District Judge Lewis Liman this week struck from the court’s docket a letter from Bryan Freedman, representing Justin Baldoni, accusing Blake Lively’s legal team of trying to extort Swift.

“The assertion: That the actress Lively, in her harassment suit against Baldoni, demanded that Swift issue a public statement in support of the actress – and that if Swift failed to do so, her friend Lively would release to the public text messages of a private nature.”

Swift and Lively used to be close friends, with the popstar being the godmother to the actress’s four children with Ryan Reynolds.

However, both Swift and Kelce have distanced themselves from Lively and Reynolds as attempts were made to force the 14-time Grammy Award winner to testify in a court case that, frankly, does not involve her.
