In a rare and surprising public appearance, NFL superstar Travis Kelce was spotted enjoying a boys’ poker night in Las Vegas on Friday—flanked by none other than older brother Jason Kelce, pop icon Justin Timberlake, and girlfriend Taylor Swift.
The night of cards and camaraderie came after weeks of silence from Kelce, who has largely remained out of the spotlight except for his weekly New Heights podcast with brother Jason. Sporting a black cap and rarely-seen glasses, the Kansas City Chiefs tight end looked nearly unrecognizable as he kicked back at the table.
The gathering followed the trio’s appearance earlier in the day at Timberlake’s exclusive 8 a.m. Invitational golf tournament, held at the luxurious Wynn Hotel. The annual event, known for its celebrity turnout and charitable mission, saw Swift, the Kelce brothers, and Timberlake competing on the greens for a good cause.
Prior to this Vegas outing, Travis had been laying low in Boca Raton, Florida, focusing on off-season training. Paparazzi captured the 35-year-old working out in solitude, fueling speculation about his future with the Chiefs. However, sources told US Weekly that Travis is merely taking a breather from the public eye. “He wants to enjoy his time with Taylor and take things slow,” one insider shared.
On the course Friday, Travis paid homage to golfing legend Tiger Woods by donning apparel from Woods’ iconic “Sunday Red” collection—then again the next day. His older brother Jason, ever the character, went for a bolder look: a Hawaiian shirt with cut-off sleeves, paired with a straw hat. While Travis changed into a sleek look for poker night, Jason rocked the same eccentric outfit into the evening.
Jason, who recently retired from the NFL, also used the week to spotlight his latest venture—his newly launched, all-American-made clothing brand Underdog. Known more for his grit on the field than fashion off it, the launch marks an unexpected but exciting new chapter for the former Philadelphia Eagle.
The Kelce brothers are already looking ahead, as they’re scheduled to appear in a celebrity golf tournament in Lake Tahoe this July. Travis, alongside Chiefs teammate Patrick Mahomes, was even spotted recently at North Carolina’s famed Pinehurst course—site of the 2024 U.S. Open—getting in some extra swings.
