We’re getting closer to the Kansas City Chiefs kicking off their quest for Super Bowl LX.

With a few days left until the Chiefs’ first day of their offseason workout program, Chiefs star QB Patrick Mahomes gathered with a fresh batch of teammates for another throwing session in Texas. Nearly a dozen teammates had already gathered nine days ago for the first big throwing session of the offseason, with an opportunity for some team bonding and to get timing down ahead of OTAs, training camp, and the 2025 NFL preseason.

The latest group of teammates to join Mahomes included a few fresh faces. . .

More Chiefs teammates join Patrick Mahomes for offseason throwing sessions in Texas

One of Mahomes’ regular photographers, Heather Smith, captured the Chiefs’ players in action. She shared a gallery featuring Mahomes, Nikko Remigio, Skyy Moore, Xavier Worthy, Isiah Pacheco, Noah Gray, Chris Oladokun, and Bailey Zappe.

Moore, Remigio, Gray, and the two other quarterbacks were among the dozen players in Texas for the first throwing session in April. Pacheco and Worthy weren’t at the first session, but both players want to hone their pass-catching work with Mahomes to set themselves up for success when they report to Kansas City for OTAs.

Worthy is coming off a dominant rookie season where he appeared in every regular and postseason game, finishing with 78 receptions for 925 receiving yards, nine receiving touchdowns, 112 rushing yards on 23 carries, and three rushing touchdowns.

Pacheco is coming off a down year after a leg injury, which cost him several games and limited his effectiveness when he returned to action. His goal for the 2024 NFL offseason was to become more effective in the passing game. It seems like he aims to pick up where he left off after attending this offseason throwing session.
