EXCLUSIVE!! Magic Johnson’s Comments on Luka Doncic After Lakers Game is Turning Heads

It was quite the night at the American Airlines Center in Dallas.

The game ended up 112-97 in favor of the Los Angeles Lakers over the Dallas Mavericks.

The big news was Luka Doncic’s return to Dallas, where he started his NBA career and led the team to the NBA Finals a season ago.

The game also included LeBron James passing Kareem Abdul-Jabbar for second all-time in career regular-season games played.

With all that said, one of the biggest storylines came after the game when Magic Johnson, an all-time NBA great, made comments about Doncic. “Luka’s homecoming was special!” Johnsonsain.

“He put on a spectacular show of his talent scoring 31 points by halftime and 45 points overall and received a rousing standing ovation from Mavericks fans before the game and at the end.

The true hero tonight was LeBron James – he dominated the fourth quarter with 13 points to seal the victory for the Lakers!” Luka’s homecoming was special!

These comments, though, had fans buzzing throughout the evening. Magic Johnson addresses the Staples Center crowd during a halftime ceremony retiring Kobe Bryant’s two uniform numbers.

He also played his best game on defense as a Laker. Tonight’s MVP is crystal clear, and you know ball enough to deny it.” said this fan. This fan was none too pleased with the final statement: “This wasn’t a necessary post.

It is truly OK to let the spotlight be on Luka tonight. This tweet…the last sentence was Distasteful & Unnecessary. Smh”. This fan had this to say: “Disagree with u @MagicJohnson on this.

Luka was the real hero while LeBron gave the finishing touches.” “sorry Magic, Luka will be all time greastest PG in Lakers history”, claimed this fan. “Chat gpt type of comment.”, said this fan. “What? This is truly an insane take.

LeBron was fine, but Luka was absolutely the hero tonight!” came from this fan. “Great game for Luka.”, exclaimed this fan. Johnson, who will turn 66 in August, of course, was a first round pick by the Lakers back in 1979.

He won five NBA titles for the Lakers, and was Finals MVP three times.

He was also named the MVP of the league three times.

Magic played in 12 NBA All-Star Games. All of this came after winning the NCAA title in 1979 and being named the Final Four Most Outstanding Player.
