Interestingly, Kansas City Chiefs quarterback Patrick Mahomes was also among the high-profile personalities to watch the contest at the American Airlines Center. The star signal-caller is known to be a big Mavs fan as a Texas native.
However, during the game, Mahomes generated buzz for a different reason.
After the NBA uploaded a video showcasing the celebrities in the game, fans were quick to comment on Mahomes’ new hairstyle.
The Chiefs star was known for his mohawk-style haircut, but this offseason, he has changed it to a noticeably shorter style.

Patrick Mahomes has been rocking the new haircut for a couple of months now after the Chiefs’ Super Bowl loss. He was first seen with the updated style at the funeral of his grandfather in mid-February.
It remains to be seen if Mahomes will keep the hairstyle come the new season, but sure enough, it’ll always be a topic of conversation considering his popularity.
