Kansas City Chiefs tight end Travis Kelce and FS1’s First Things First’s Nick Wright used to be close friends, but it appears that since Taylor Swift entered the chat, the pair have drifted apart.

With Kelce and Swift’s relationship blossoming, they are taking over the globe and have become big celebrities, but that means friendships can fall away, and in Travis’ case, it has meant he and Wright haven’t spoken in a long time. And speaking on What’s Wright? With Nick Wright podcast, the FS1 co-host revealed why.

Nothing would thrill me more.” So yes, Kelce and Wright haven’t stayed “close,” and yes, Swift is a reason why, but he also pointed out other reasons.

It remains to be seen if the New Heights gang gets Wright on the show to be the “cap expert” or not, but Nick is excited to join the Kelce brothers in talking football.
