Kansas City Chiefs WR Rashee Rice is showing the world how far along he is as he works his way back from last year’s season-ending knee injury.
Rice suffered a devastating knee injury against the Los Angeles Chargers in Week 4, suffering an isolated LCL injury that required surgery. In a February interview, he revealed that he was doing Blood Flow Restriction (BFR) training to strengthen his muscle groups and further his knee’s range of motion. Now, he’s showing some of his progress in his rehab and recovery on social media.
Rice is spending some of his offseason in Davie, Florida, working with Dr. Sharif Tabbah at Alkeme Sports RX, one of the best physical therapists in the sport. The facility specializes in sports physical therapy rehabilitation, injury prevention, performance training, and recovery.
