With the NFL offseason in full swing, Kansas City Chiefs quarterback Patrick Mahomes is spending some down time with his family in the great outdoors.
Mahomes shared some images of his children Sterling, 4, and Patrick ‘Bronze’ III, 2, on a fishing trip together.
In the first image, Sterling was seen smiling as she held a small fish in her left hand. Mahomes captioned the snap with just a red heart emoji.
After that, a photo of Bronze was shown as he held a fish at the end of his line and appeared confused. Mahomes captioned this one with two laughing emojis.
The Mahomes children have been on fishing trips before, including last April when the family all went fishing wearing their pajamas.
Last year, it was Brittany that posted the photos of their two oldest children enjoying some time out on the water.
Earlier this year, Brittany gave birth to a daughter – Golden Raye, who was born on January 12.
They announced the arrival of their newest family member in a post on Instagram with a photo of a little baby foot above a wood sign of her name.
This offseason is set to be one of reflection and recovery for Mahomes.
After putting up the best record in the AFC last season, Mahomes and the Chiefs ran all the way to Super Bowl LIX in New Orleans.
Unfortunately for them, they were decimated by the Philadelphia Eagles 40-22 to deny the Chiefs a record-setting three-peat.
