Sorry, haters. Patrick Mahomes’ so-called “dad bod” is no more.
Leading up to Super Bowl 59 between the Kansas City Chiefs and Philadelphia Eagles, fans body-shamed Patrick Mahomes and accused the three-time Super Bowl champion of carrying a “dad bod”.
Regardless of Mahomes’ weight and physical appearance, his success on the football field speaks for itself. But if you’re in the crowd poking fun at his dad’s bod, well, we’ve got news for you.
Mahomes and teammate Travis Kelce were spotted playing a round of golf at the Pinehurst Resort in North Carolina. One viral photo shows Mahomes displaying a remarkable body transformation, and it already looks like he’s in the best shape of his life:

What can we say? A stronger and more jacked Patrick Mahomes is bad news for the rest of the NFL.

Last week, Patrick Mahomes also shared a video of himself performing a series of workouts on Instagram. And to think that the 2025 NFL offseason is only a few weeks young, and that he has plenty more time to pack on more muscle before the start of next season.
Mahomes and the Chiefs reached the Super Bowl for the fifth time in six years, but their bid for a three-peat ended with a 40-22 blowout loss to the Eagles. Clearly, Mahomes is using that loss as motivation in the gym as he continues his quest for ring No. 4.
Patrick Mahomes & Chiefs Are Coming Back With A Vengeance

The Chiefs brought back most of their offensive pieces from 2025, retaining guard Trey Smith, running back Kareem Hunt and wide receivers Marquise ‘Hollywood’ Brown and JuJu Smith-Schuster.
Travis Kelce also put retirement on hold after deciding that Super Bowl 59 wouldn’t be the final game in his illustrious career. Indeed, the Chiefs will be back with a vengeance next season.
