The Kansas City Chiefs are getting the band back together, following a major announcement from tight end Travis Kelce.
After a Super Bowl loss to the Philadelphia Eagles, Kelce announced his return to the Chiefs for his 13th season in the NFL.
Upon the release of the news, Chiefs star defensive tackle Chris Jones posted a message about the return of Kelce.
“I needed my dawg for this one,” Jones said.
Jones and Kelce have established themselves as legends in Kansas City, helping the Chiefs win three Super Bowls over the past six years.

Last season, Kelce recorded three touchdowns and 823 yards on 97 receptions. In the Chiefs’ final game of the season, a 40-22 blowout loss to the Eagles in the Super Bowl, Kelce posted four receptions and 39 yards.
