Bulls Injury Report: Expected Lonzo Ball Load Management Begins vs. Bucks

Even though they’ll be down a player, the Chicago Bulls are mostly healthy entering Friday’s game against the Milwaukee Bucks.

It’s no secret that Lonzo Ball won’t play in back-to-back games for the foreseeable future as part of load management in his return from a two-plus year absence that featured several knee surgeries. As expected, Ball won’t suit up Friday in Milwaukee, the front half of the Bulls’ first back-to-back set this season.

The Bulls’ decision to rest Ball Friday will presumably make him available for Saturday’s home opener against the Oklahoma City Thunder.

Dalen Terry (left patella tendon tendinitis) also appears on the Bulls’ injury report but is listed as available.

Meanwhile, the Milwaukee Bucks’ injury report features three names. Khris Middleton (bilateral ankle surgery) is out. Giannis Antetokounmpo (right patella tendinitis) and Brook Lopez (right quad contusion) are probable.

Friday’s game between the Bulls and Bucks tips off at 7 p.m. CT and will air on Chicago Sports Network (CHSN)*.
