What will the NFL star and Grammy winner do during their downtime together? The second source revealed that Swift and Kelce plan on staying in Kansas City, Mo., for a few months. (Kelce has a sprawling home there.)

“They both want to rest and decompress,” the source said, noting “Neither of them have huge commitments coming up.”

That will reportedly include fewer nights out and more time at home together. “They do love going out to dinner and getting drinks with friends,” the first source said. “But when they get the chance to be home together, they are very low-key.” Swift “cooks a lot for Travis. It’s his love language.”

A potential engagement depends on the future of Kelce’s football career

When the “Fortnight” singer and three-time Super Bowl winner get engaged depends partly on what’s ahead for Kelce career-wise. Namely, whether or not he decides to retire or continue playing with the Chiefs, the first source said.

Following the Chiefs’ Super Bowl loss to the Eagles, Kelce is said to be “reconsidering what he wants moving forward. He may come back next season.”

He also shared on his “New Heights” podcast, which he co-hosts with his brother, Jason Kelce, that he’s not making any “crazy decisions” at this point.
