TRENDING: Fake Draymond Green Photo With Jordan Poole Edit Goes Insanely Viral

An altered photo of Draymond Green from the 2025 NBA All-Star Weekend has been making the rounds on social media.

Green was part of the TNT panel previewing Sunday’s NBA All-Star Game at Chase Center, his Golden State Warriors’ home arena. NBA parody account NBA Centel uploaded a photo of Green with a chyron indicating his title.

Instead of calling him “2016-17 Defensive Player of the Year” or “4-time NBA champion,” the virtual marquee labeled Green as the person who “Punched Jordan Poole.”

The meme post from NBA Centel referenced when Green infamously punched Poole during practice when the two were still teammates back in 2022. Poole was traded to the Washington Wizards at the end of the 2022-23 season.

The post has over 150,000 likes and nearly 10 million views as of writing.

While most NBA fans probably know that NBA Centel is a parody page, other accounts began reposting the photo as well. Some seemed to legitimately believe that the doctored photo was real.

The 4-time Warriors All-Star did not make the team this year. But his name was a trending topic throughout NBA All-Star Weekend for more than just the fake photo with the Wizards’ Poole.
