Travis Scott knows exactly who he’d like to work with in the future.
In a new cover story with Billboard published on Monday, Feb. 10, the rapper opened up about the artists he’d like to collaborate with in the studio.
“This might be crazy, but I would love to get Taylor Swift or Sabrina Carpenter on a hook,” said Scott, 33. “Because I have some ill ideas.”
He also noted that he’d love to work with the band Khruangbin.
Scott also addressed his thoughts on having his mixtape Days Before Rodeo to head to head with Carpenter’s Short n’ Sweet album last year on the charts.
“Charts, shmarts, man,” he quipped. “Who measures that? Her album’s cool. Days Before Rodeo is 10 years old. It all works.”

Elsewhere in the interview, Scott opened up about his new music, explaining that he had “some more tweaking to do” on the album title.
“I feel like for Utopia, I was striving to push things to a high level,” he said. “I’m still reaching for that.”
Scott continued: “I’ve been having so much fun with music and s— that I think it’s cool to be artistic and have fun with it. I’ve been producing more, making a lot of the album, and going in on that level is making it more exciting. I can’t wait, actually.”
In November 2024, it was announced that Scott would be headlining Coachella 2025 alongside Lady Gaga, Green Day and Post Malone.
Gaga, 38, will perform on Friday, while Green Day and Scott will take the stage on Saturday. Malone, 29, will take the stage on Sunday. The two-weekend festival will take place April 11-13 and April 18-20.
Per a press release, Scott is set to debut a new era of music while headlining the festival and will “curate a fully immersive and experiential world within the desert” for Cactus Jack.
