Unbelievable: Erin Andrews Reveals What She Told Travis Kelce After Super Bowl Loss

The Kansas City Chiefs took a beating in their 40-22 loss to the Philadelphia Eagles in the Super Bowl.

Chiefs quarterback Patrick Mahomes, who was sacked a career-high six times, played one of the worst games of his career.

Chiefs tight end Travis Kelce, known for making big plays when the team needs him most, recorded zero receptions in the first half for first time in his postseason career.

After Kansas City fell to 34-0 in the third quarter, and hope for a miraculous comeback was over.

Fox sports analyst Erin Andrews, and her colleague, Charissa Thompson, spoke about their experience covering this Super Bowl matchup on the latest episode of their podcast, “Calm Down.”

While Andrews, who reported from the sidelines at the Superdome, was thrilled for the Eagles, she also felt terrible for the Chiefs. “I’m disappointed both teams didn’t win,” Andrews said, before recalling her postgame moment with Kelce before he left the stadium. ”

The shot they have of him coming from the locker room, now you know he was going up to the suite (where Taylor Swift was sitting), I didn’t.

I was just getting off the field and he was just walking out and I was kind of like walking like. ‘[expletive] it.’

“I just turned around and I walked up to him because I don’t want to bug him, but like no. That’s our friend and this really sucks. I gave him a hug and said, ‘I’m so sorry. I love you. I’m so sorry.'”

Get out of here.”

Kelce briefly addressed reporters in the locker room before making his way to Swift’s suite.

“There’s a lot that goes into it,” he said of what went wrong. You don’t lose like that without everything going bad. We haven’t played that bad all year.”
