Kansas City Chiefs quarterback Patrick Mahomes is gearing up for a big Super Bowl moment, and this time, he’ll have a very special guest by his side.
During a press conference leading up to Super Bowl LIX, Mahomes revealed that his baby daughter, Golden Raye, will be attending the big game on Feb. 9, in New Orleans.
Golden Raye, who was born on Jan. 12, is the youngest addition to the Mahomes family, joining her siblings, Sterling Skye, 3, and Patrick “Bronze” Mahomes, 2.
For Mahomes, having his new daughter at the game adds extra motivation as he tries to lead the Chiefs against the Philadelphia Eagles.
“It’s always motivating whenever you have another baby,” Mahomes shared. “I want them to have the same experiences that the other two have.”
The statement was shared by KMBC on X. Mahomes also expressed how excited he is for Golden Raye to experience her first football game at such a major event.
“She’s been amazing, she’s been sleeping well. Mom’s been extremely happy and I’m excited for her to be able to come,” Mahomes added.
