Longtime friends Taylor Swift and Gigi Hadid are engaged in a ‘playful rivalry’ over the upcoming Super Bowl.

The superstar singer, 35, and supermodel, 29, ‘have been teasing each other’ about Super Bowl LIX, which pits the Kansas City Chiefs against the Philadelphia Eagles, an insider told Page Six Wednesday.

Swift is linked through her relationship to Chiefs tight end Travis Kelce, 35, while Hadid is linked amid her romance with A-list Eagles fan Bradley Cooper, 50, sources told the outlet.

‘Things might get heated between Taylor and Gigi,’ an insider told the publication, ‘but ultimately it’s all love between them.’

Hadid’s beau Cooper is a ‘lifelong and die-hard fan’ of the Eagles, which is ‘hometown team,’ as he hails from Abington Township in Montgomery County, Pennsylvania, which is about 16 miles north of the City of Brotherly Love.

A source told the outlet that since Hadid began dating Cooper more than a year ago, she ‘has become an Eagles fan’ and ‘enjoys attending games with him.’

The Los Angeles-born model – whose younger sister is supermodel Bella Hadid, 28 – is ‘not only a fan because Bradley is, but also because she owns a farm in New Hope, Pennsylvania,’ a source told the outlet.

The couple has bonded over the NFL team, the source said.

‘Gigi has fun cheering the Eagles on and also comforting Bradley when he gets stressed watching them play,’ the source said.

Swift has supported Kelce at many of his games since their romance commenced in the fall of 2023.

Swift was on hand in Las Vegas last year as the team defeated the San Francisco 49ers 25-22 in the Super Bowl, taking in the game with pal Blake Lively.

She has also struck up a friendship with Brittany Mahomes, the wife of Chiefs quarterback Patrick Mahomes.

The Chiefs are going for a third consecutive Super Bowl victory, which kicked off in 2023 with their 38-35 win over the Eagles in Glendale, Arizona. A victory would mark the first time an NFL team has ever achieved the feat.

Celebrities who are notable fans of the team include Henry Winkler, Jason Sudeikis, David Koechner and Paul Rudd.

Cooper and Hadid, who began dating around the same time as Swift and Kelce, were in attendance at a January 19 playoff game from a box at Lincoln Financial Field in Philadelphia, to watch the Eagles beat the Los Angeles Rams by a 28-22 margin.

Cooper was seen in a TikTok clip celebrating during the critical game for the Eagles, who boast a gaggle of star players such as quarterback Jalen Hurts, running back Saquon Barkley and wide receivers A. J. Brown and DeVonta Smith.

Other notable celebrities who root on the Eagles include Kevin Hart, Pink, Questlove, Miles Teller and Will Smith (who Cooper consoled after his slap of Chris Rock at the 2022 Oscars).

Cooper memorably played a troubled Eagles fan named Pat Solitano in the 2012 hit Silver Linings Playbook, garnering an Oscar nomination for Best Performance by an Actor in a Leading Role for his work in the motion picture.

Super Bowl LIX is set to air on Fox on February 9 at 6:30 p.m. EST/3:30 PST from New Orleans’ Caesars Superdome, with Kendrick Lamar performing at halftime.

The broadcasting team for the game will consist of seven-time Super Bowl champion Tom Brady; Kevin Burkhardt; Erin Andrews and Tom Rinaldi.
