As per Anthony Chiang of the Miami Herald, Butler’s latest two-game suspension brings his total missed games to nine this season. It will cost him $3.1 million in lost salary. Chiang further shared that, Butler “could still get some (or even most) of that back depending on the result of grievances filed through the NBPA.”

Playing on a $48.7 million contract this season, the Heat star already boasts career earnings of $312 million. If he opts into his $52.4 million player option for the 2025-26 season, that total will climb to $364.4 million.
