UPDATE: Taylor Swift suffers major snub as Grammy winners list is ‘leaked’ weeks before event

The 67th Grammy Awards are just around the corner and a major upset could be on the cards for one of the biggest categories.

Gold Derby, an authority in awards show coverage and predictions, suggests that the Album of the Year will either go to Billie Eilish’s Hit Me Hard and Soft or Beyonce’s Cowboy Carter. Both albums have received four votes each from Gold Derby’s experts and editors, it has been claimed.

However, in a surprising turn of events, it seems that Grammy favourite Taylor Swift may miss out this year with her latest album, The Tortured Poets Department. Swift’s record-breaking concert film The Eras Tour was already overlooked in the Best Music Film category, despite being the highest-grossing concert film of all time.

Very few awards show pundits have tipped The Tortured Poets Department for an Album of the Year win – even a renowned psychic has foreseen a significant loss for the album.

The 2025 Grammy winners have reportedly been 'leaked'

Beyonce is up for a total of 11 nominations

In a chat with Casino.org, celebrity psychic and astrology reader Inbaal Honigman stated: “Taylor Swift isn’t shown as a big winner within the big four categories.

The calm Four of Swords Tarot card indicates that this specific awards ceremony yields modest results for the talented star.”

For some of the other Grammy categories, all of Gold Derby’s experts and editors unanimously agreed that Sabrina Carpenter’s Espresso will bag Record of the Year. Billie’s Birds of a Feather is predicted for Song of the Year, while Chappell Roan is the clear favourite to scoop Best New Artist.

Meanwhile, it has been announced Trevor Noah will host the Grammy Awards for the fifth year running.

Recording Academy CEO Harvey Mason Jr. and Tammy Hurt, the chair of the Academy’s board of trustees, expressed their sympathy for those affected by the wildfires in Los Angeles in a joint statement.

It read: “This city is our home, and we mourn the loss of life and destruction that have come to it in recent days. In close coordination with local authorities to ensure public safety and responsible use of area resources, the 67th Grammy Awards telecast on CBS on Feb. 2 will proceed as planned.

“This year’s show, however, will carry a renewed sense of purpose: raising additional funds to support wildfire relief efforts and honouring the bravery and dedication of first responders who risk their lives to protect ours. In challenging times, music has the power to heal, comfort, and unite like nothing else.
