HERE WE GO: Manchester United agree transfer fee to sign Europe’s leading goalscoring striker who is valued at £132million, the star will be announced this week.

With time running out in the winter transfer window, Manchester United need to step up with their moves to reinforce the squad before deadline.

Man Utd are eager to hire the services of Patrick Dorgu from Lecce and reports indicate that after seeing their first offer turned down, the Red Devils are ready to raise the bid.

As per today’s version of The Mail, the Old Trafford outfit moved in with a first bid worth £23million plus objectives, but it was turned down by the Italian side.

Now, Man Utd are prepared to raise the bid to sign Dorgu, for whom Lecce are demanding a fee of £33million.

According to journalist, Ben Jacobs, the record English champions are confident that a deal can be secured for a fee under £33million.

We have already covered a comprehensive piece on how Dorgu can fit in at Man Utd and the edge that Amorim’s side has in this transfer saga is that the player wants to move to Old Trafford.

The Danish starlet can feature on either side of the defense and the attack, hence, he has what it takes to slot in the RWB/LWB positions for the Premier League side.

The 20-year-old made his debut for the senior national side back in September last year, and thus far, he has netted a goal and helped the team keep two clean sheets in four appearances.

Man Utd need to act fast with their second bid to close the signing of Dorgu. We shall see how the saga unfolds and will keep you up to date.
