BREAKING NEWS: Man Utd fans are concerned about Leny Yoro after footage from final seconds of Brighton game goes viral.

“He must regret coming to Manchester United. None of his teammates even tried to help him out. He is very young, what is wrong with all these players?”-Man Utd fans are concerned about Leny Yoro after footage from final seconds of Brighton game goes viral

Manchester United fans have expressed concern over Leny Yoro following the team’s 3-1 defeat to Brighton at Old Trafford.

This loss marked United’s fourth home defeat in six Premier League matches. Yankuba Minteh opened the scoring for Brighton in the first half, followed by a penalty equalizer from Bruno Fernandes. However, goals from Kaoru Mitoma and Georginio Rutter—who capitalized on a mistake by goalkeeper Andre Onana—secured the victory for Fabian Hurzeler’s side.

After the match, United manager Ruben Amorim admitted his team’s struggles, stating they are “being the worst team maybe in the history of Manchester United.”

Amorim made three changes to the lineup, bringing in Joshua Zirkzee, Diogo Dalot, and Harry Maguire. He retained faith in Leny Yoro despite the 18-year-old’s challenges in handling the pace of Kamaldeen Sulemana during the previous win over Southampton.

In the final moments of the Brighton game, Yoro’s confrontation with Solly March raised concerns. After being shoved by March and stumbling backward, Yoro confronted the Brighton winger alongside Alejandro Garnacho.

While some fans criticized Yoro’s reaction, many defended the young defender, believing he will learn and grow from these experiences in top-flight English football.

One fan commented, “He’s a kid, Saliba doesn’t have it in him, but he does his work on the pitch.” Another added, “He’s a kid, come on.” A third said, “He is 18 years old. Leave him alone.”

United’s next fixture is against Rangers in the Europa League on Thursday, with Amorim expected to rotate the squad. United currently sit seventh in their group, with three wins and three draws, and two games remaining in the group stages.

The ugly underbelly of football fandom has once again been exposed, and this time it centres on Kevin Danso. What should have been a routine post-match discussion following Tottenham Hotspur’s recent Premier League fixture against Brighton & Hove Albion quickly escalated into something far more disturbing. Instead of debate over tactics, performance, or results, the narrative was hijacked by vile, racially charged abuse directed at Danso across social media platforms.
