Reveals!!! Patrick Mahomes’ Dad Sends 6-Word Message to Brittany Mahomes After Baby’s Birth

The Kansas City Chiefs secured a first-round bye and home field advantage in playoffs after clinching the No. 1 seed in the AFC. For Chiefs quarterback Patrick Mahomes, securing that week off was a huge relief as it coincided with his pregnant wife Brittany Mahomes’ due date.

The three-time Super Bowl MVP and Brittany welcomed baby No. 3 on Sunday, a daughter named Golden Raye.

The Kansas City Current co-owners are already parents to daughter Sterling Skye, 3, and son Patrick “Bronze” Lavon, 2. As many fans predicted, the name “Goldie” remains perfectly on theme.

They also have two dogs named Silver and Steele. Mahomes and Brittany announced their daughter’s birth on Instagram on Monday with the simple caption, “Golden Raye Mahomes•1/12/25.” The 29-year-old quarterback’s father, Pat Mahomes Sr., sent a direct message to his daughter-in-law in the comments.

Great job Britt.” Mahomes’ dad, now a grandfather of three, reflected on his own son’s success earlier this season.

Before the Buffalo Bills handed the Chiefs their first loss of the season, the 54-year-old posted a rare message on X.

The former MLB star posted a photo with Mahomes as a baby and another of the two hugging after a Super Bowl win and wrote, “Life is crazy man.”

Randi shared the post on her Instagram Stories and wrote, “Grandi x3.” Chiefs Kingdom flooded the post with celebratory messages. Tavia Hunt, wife of Chiefs co-owner and CEO Clark Hunt commented, “Rejoicing with you! So thankful she arrived easily and you’re both thriving!.”

Their eldest daughter Gracie Hunt added, “Congratulations! .” The Chiefs’ official Instagram account wrote “Congratulations Patrick and Brittany! Welcome to Chiefs Kingdom, Golden .”

Next up for the father of three, taking on the Houston Texans in the divisional round of the playoffs on Jan. 18 at 4:30 p.m. ET.
