Brittany Mahomes kicked off her New Year on the right foot.

The 29-year-old soon-to-be mom of three shared a video of “the best workout” on her Instagram Stories, where she lifted weights while her daughter Sterling, 3, sat on top of her head. Meanwhile, her two-year-old son, Bronze, supervised the workout while Brittany finished up her reps to Forrest Frank’s song “GOOD DAY.”

Brittany — who is known for her stylish gym fits — kept her workout outfit more low-key for the New Year and opted for a cream-colored crew neck paired with some blue leggings.

Since she and her husband — Kansas City Chiefs quarterback Patrick Mahomes — announced they were expecting another baby girl back in July, Brittany has documented her progress on Instagram, especially over the last few months as she prepares to welcome baby number three.

On Dec. 4, personal trainer Kirsty Rae shared videos of Brittany working on under-bar pull-ups and lat pull-downs on her Instagram Stories and captioned them “strong mama” and “back injury whoooooo?!”

Patrick, also 29, revealed in an interview with Netflix during the Christmas Day game against the Pittsburg Steelers on Dec. 25 that Brittany is due “any day now” and that they hope the baby’s birth lands “on a bye week” when the Chiefs aren’t playing a game “so everything can work out perfectly.”

He noted in the interview that this NFL season has especially been hard on the Kansas City Current co-owner and that he’s worked to relieve the pressure on her.

“Brittany says I’ve been stressing her out too much this season,” the dad of two explained in the interview. “So I got to try to not put so much stress on her through these football games.”

On the same day, Patrick also told SportsCenter that he promised Brittany he “was gonna get her the number one seed so we can go have that baby, so we got that number one seed” to help make up for the additional stress from the season.

The expectant mother also shared his comments on her Instagram Stories and praised him for “always keeping his promises.”
