Those who follow the Kansas City Chiefs on social media know quite well who Gracie Hunt is.
The daughter of Chiefs owner Clark Hunt, Gracie has exploded in popularity on Instagram this season, and she’s gone viral several times thanks to her fashion choices and her budding friendship with 14-time Grammy winner Taylor Swift, the girlfriend of Chiefs star tight end Travis Kelce.
Gracie hard-launched her relationship months ago with boyfriend Cody Keith, who was a quarterback at East Carolina University, and the two have been spotted together at several Chiefs games this season.
But it wasn’t until a recent interview Gracie did with Outkick’s Charly Arnholt that most people found out that Keith is actually good friends with the team’s biggest star, quarterback Patrick Mahomes.
Gracie admitted that their friendship actually dated back to Mahomes’ days at Texas Tech, which is why it’s surprising that their paths never crossed before in the eight years Mahomes has been the Chiefs QB.
“He grew up playing football and he and Patrick actually trained together out of college,” Hunt stated. “They had a preexisting friendship. And it is just so funny how small the world is.
They have been buddies this whole time and it took him all this time to meet me.” Gracie Hunt, the daughter of Kansas City Chiefs owner Clark Hunt (not pictured) with boyfriend Cody Keith at SoFi Stadium.

He had rookie minicamp stints with the Baltimore Ravens, Indianapolis Colts and Washington Commanders, though he never saw the field, and he was on the roster for the Hamilton Tiger-Cats in the Canadian Football League for a preseason game but he never cracked a roster there either.
Keith is now a real estate broker and resides in Charlotte, North Carolina, while Gracie splits her time between Kansas City and Dallas. The couple spends a lot of time together in multiple cities and especially at Chiefs games.
“We are grateful that we can easily travel to see each other,” Gracie added. “He has made a huge effort to come to the games this year, which has been so much fun to get to share football season with him.”
