On Wednesday afternoon the Kansas City Chiefs dominated the Pittsburgh Steelers in a 29-10 victory that saw the team clinch the No. 1 seed in the AFC and a bye in the fist round of the playoffs.

“It’s just going to be nice getting guys healthy,” star quarterback Patrick Mahomes said about the bye week.

“I think this was the earliest [regular-season] bye I’ve ever had just in general. To kind of have this grind of whatever it is — I think we had our bye Week 6 — so it’s like almost 10 weeks of just football and grinding and then this short schedule at the very end of the year.

“We have some guys banged up, and to get them back healthy now and we’ll see how Week 18 goes and who plays and who doesn’t play. That’s up to Coach [Andy Reid]. But even getting this little break, getting back healthy and then getting ourselves ready to go for the playoffs, it was super important.”

During the game, Chiefs star tight end Travis Kelce racked up eight receptions for 84 yards and a touchdown, which saw him eclipse the franchise record set by Tony Gonzalez. Kelce’s record-setting 77th touchdown catch came without girlfriend Taylor Swift in the stands. Some fans, however, were convinced Swift was sitting in a suite at Acrisure Stadium. “Taylor Swift in the house,” one fan said convinced she was there.

Instead, a woman named Olivia posted a video on TikTok revealing that she was the one everyone believed was Swift. In the video, Olivia revealed that fans were taking photos of her and the stadium staff let her know she was trending on social media.
