Taylor Swift is one of the most generous and thoughtful celebs in the entertainment industry these days and her latest gesture is so sweet!

The 35-year-old “Cruel Summer” singer surprised a young fan named Naya with an incredible gift for the holidays after recently meeting during Taylor‘s visit at Children’s Mercy Hospital in Kansas City, Mo.

When Taylor went into Naya‘s room at the hospital on December 12, the young fan called the singer’s outfit “tea.”

“You made my day with that,” Taylor replied.

One week later, a special present was sent to Naya, who is still in the hospital.

Taylor sent Naya her own matching Miu Miu outfit – the same one she was wearing that day at the hospital.

“When you asked where I got it, I purposely didn’t tell you because I had a plan 🙂 Picked you up a few things I hope you’ll think are tea. Ha.…Merry Christmas! Love, Taylor ❤️,” she wrote in a card to the fan.

The outfit retails for $4,500!
