Patrick Mahomes and the Kansas City Chiefs are preparing for a quick turnaround, set to face the Pittsburgh Steelers on Christmas Day.
After taking down the Houston Texans 27-19 in Week 16, the Chiefs will have a couple of days of rest and practice before going on the road to face one of the biggest threats in the AFC.
As Mahomes and the rest of the Chiefs get ready for the holiday battle, the Chiefs quarterback took to social media to share a highlight reel of the recent win over the Texans.
His wife, Brittany Mahomes, reposted his highlight reel, showing support for the Chiefs quarterback.
“My dawgggg,” Brittany Mahomes said.
Patrick Mahomes and the Chiefs have two games remaining on their season schedule: Dec. 25 against the Pittsburgh Steelers and Jan. 5 against the Denver Broncos.
They’re heading into the matchup against Pittsburgh with a 14-1 record, riding a five-game win streak.
The matchup against the Steelers will kick off on Dec. 25 at 1 p.m. ET.
So far this season, Patrick Mahomes has recorded 23 touchdowns and 2,608 yards with a 66.9 completion percentage and a 91.2 QB rating.
In his latest matchup against the Browns, in Week 16, Patrick Mahomes produced one interception and 260 yards, completing 28-of-41 attempts.
