Swift celebrated her birthday in Kansas City alongside Travis Kelce, Brittany and Patrick Mahomes
She’ll never go out of style!
Taylor Swift celebrated her 35th birthday in Kansas City alongside Travis Kelce and friends, including Patrick and Brittany Mahomes — and, of course, she wore a glam outfit befitting of a birthday girl.
The “Fortnight” singer stepped out in a black Balmain halter-neck minidress with an embellished crystal accent down the middle. It retails for $4,290 on Farfetch. She accessorized with DeBeers diamond earrings and what looked to be fun friendship bracelets for her Eras-themed birthday party in photos shared by Brittany. She wore her signature golden hair swept back. For glam, she opted for winged eyeliner and a mauve lip.
Fans on X think that Swift was channeling her debut era, with one fan calling out a photo of Swift from back in the day wearing a similar LBD on her Fearless tour. “im calling this debut representation. the should’ve said no dress from fearless tour. taylor swift dressed as herself performing a song from her album called taylor swift. hehe!” the fan wrote with side-by-side photos.
For her 34th birthday, Swift celebrated in New York City with Blake Lively, and the two wore complementary LBDs. For their night at The Box nightclub, Swift wore a Clio Peppiat Lucina Embellished Stretch-mesh black minidress, which, at the time, retailed for $2,335.
The minidress featured embellishments resembling a nightscape and included imagery of sparkling clouds, stars and a crescent moon. The “Cruel Summer” singer accessorized with an Aquazzura Galactic Mini Tote that was covered with jewels, a pair of Aquazzura Atelier Plateau 130 black open-toed high heels and a black Anine Bing faux fur jacket that she wore off the shoulder, plus Messika earrings. Her look was complete with a singular tennis necklace and one oversize statement ring.
Swift recently wrapped up her record-breaking Eras Tour after being on the road for almost two years. According to The New York Times, the Eras Tour sold a total of $2,077,618,725 in tickets, with the outlet stating that’s “double the gross ticket sales of any other concert tour in history,” citing the singer’s production company, Taylor Swift Touring.
On the last night of the tour on Dec. 8, in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada, Swift thanked the crowd for being there all along the way.
“I want to thank every single one of you for being a part of the most thrilling chapter of my entire life to date — my beloved Eras Tour,” she said in a video shared to X.
Before that, while delivering her final “Lover” speech of the tour, the musician said: “We have toured the entire world… we have had so many adventures. It has been the most exciting, powerful, electrifying, intense, most challenging thing I’ve ever done in my entire life,” per another video shared by a fan page on X.
A source told PEOPLE exclusively following the end of the tour that the Grammy winner was “exhausted, but obviously so, so grateful” at the end of the journey.
“She had so many emotions about the last few shows in Vancouver,” the insider shared.
The source also added that Swift and Kelce were “looking forward to the holidays” together.
