What is behind Payton Pritchard’s breakout season with the Boston Celtics?

It really was not all that long ago that current Boston Celtics NBA Sixth Man of the Year candidate Payton Pritchard was trying to force his way onto another NBA roster to earn playing time for himself. Now, it seems like the Celtics can hardly afford to have him on the bench any longer than they already do, given just how much of a force the Oregon native has been coming off the bench for Boston.

What is behind Pritchard’s breakout season with the Celtics? Is it simply a bigger opportunity to fill roles that Boston needs him to in a big way? Or has his skill finally caught up with his confidence at the NBA level this season?

Host of the “You Got Boston” podcast on the CLNS Media network Noa Dalzell took some time on a recent episode of her show to talk it over. Check it out!
