AceShowbiz – Taylor Swift dedicated her last day before her 35th birthday to visiting young patients at Children’s Mercy Hospital in Kansas City, bringing joy to their faces.

On Thursday, December 12, Swift spent over an hour interacting with children and fans on the hematology and oncology floors of the hospital. According to hospital employees, she sang for and with patients, creating a memorable experience.

Photographs shared online show Swift posing with a service dog, embracing young patients, and smiling alongside hospital staff. She was even spotted admiring a “Go Taylor’s boyfriend!” Kansas City Chiefs towel.

Swift’s visit comes after she recently wrapped up her record-breaking Eras Tour.

The trek took her across North America, Latin America, Europe, Asia, and Australia, including two nights in Kansas City at Arrowhead Stadium in July 2023.

Travis Kelce, Swift’s boyfriend, expressed his admiration for her tour on his New Heights podcast, stating that it was “the best tour in the world” due to her and the contributions of many others.

Baylee Nuzum, one of the patients visited by Swift, expressed her surprise and gratitude, calling the interaction “one of the most unexpected surprises ever.”

Swift signed a copy of her Eras Tour book for Baylee and accepted a gift from her, showing her genuine care for the children.

Swift’s visit demonstrates her ongoing commitment to supporting those in need, as she has visited hospital patients numerous times throughout her career.

She has also become more involved in the Kansas City community since dating Kelce, attending the Mahomies Foundation auction and donating to the family of a radio DJ killed in a mass shooting during the Chiefs’ victory parade.
