In Gomez’s December 11 engagement announcement post, friends and fans of the star flocked over to share their congratulatory messages about her and Blanco’s happy news. Swift chimed in, using her comment as both an excited reaction and a request for the part she wishes to play in her friend’s wedding. “Yes I will be the flower girl,” the “Fortnight” singer wrote. Blanco was also seen in the comment section of the post, cheekily writing, “Hey wait…that’s my wife.”

The celebrity reactions continued pouring in, with several of Gomez’s fellow actor, actress, and musician friends wishing her well “HONEY!!
