Taylor Swift fans are buzzing with speculation that the singer is filming a second Eras Tour movie.

While kicking off her last stint of shows of the Eras Tour in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada on Friday, the Mirrorball hitmaker was actively being filmed by a two-man camera crew.

The cameras followed the songstress across the stage as she preformed various eras and belted out some of her hottest hits. Other eagle-eyed fans on social media noted that the camera-track beside the stage was longer than usual — allowing for more angles to be captured.

Devoted Swifties were immediately convinced that the Lover songstress is filming either a second tour film or documentary as the camera crew filmed in the same manner as they did for the original Eras Tour film.

Swift secretly filmed the concert film during her string of shows in Los Angeles back in August of 2023 — the film was released two months later on October 13.

It holds the record of the highest grossing concert film of all time as it raked in over $261million at the worldwide box office.

Taylor Swift and her team have yet to confirm if another film project is in the works. Nonetheless, fans are almost certain the blonde beauty — who is known for her easter eggs and surprises — has a secret sequel up her sleeve.

Fans are justifying their claims with rumors that Swift could be filming once again to include the newly-added songs to the setlist from her 11th studio album, The Tortured Poets Department, which was released back in April.

Some also took to X (formerly Twitter) to share their theories that the new footage could provide a more complete look at her historic tour, potentially incorporating the international venue and updated setlists.

One fan wrote underneath the post showing a crew on-stage with Swift, ‘i hope she releases the eras movie part two. i’d happily spend my money on that.’

Las October, the singer was hit with criticism for pricing each movie tickets to the Eras tour film at $19.89 — her birth year.

‘Eras tour pt2 is coming, everybody move,’ another penned.

A user by the name of @readyforitom said, ‘the eras tour ttpd version is coming to theatres YEPPP.’

Referencing Swift’s frequent variant album drops, one wrote, ‘eras tour (extended version)(ttpd included) LFGGGGGGG.’

‘please let it be eras tour 2 or documentary,’ another pleaded.

‘It’s another documentary,’ one added.

‘The moment’s about to be iconic, stay tuned,’ @virtualdiaryy_ penned.

The Eras Tour commenced on March 17 last year in Glendale, Arizona, and grossed well over $1.04 billion, making it the highest-grossing tour in history according to AP.

Swift is slated to wrap the Eras Tour in Vancouver, Canada on December 8.

Throughout her stops on the Eras Tour, the August singer played four surprise songs — that changed for every show — on the piano and acoustic guitar.

And she played nearly every record on her 300+ song discography that she has vocalized on her two-decade long career as an artist.

Last week, the So Long, London songstress revealed how she managed to fit in The Tortured Poets Department set ‘halfway through’ her Eras Tour in her newly released Eras Tour Book.

The 34-year-old megastar got candid about squeezing in dazzling new ensembles and daring choreography for the remaining 70+ stops on her concert tour at the time.

‘We conceptualized and rehearsed it secretly, and surprised the Paris crowd with it when we started our European leg of the tour,’ she penned in the 256 page picture book.

The Blank Space hitmaker also detailed wanting to maintain a ‘minimalist, white, stark and bold’ theme for TTPD set, a major contrast from her rest of the colourful.

‘There was nothing else in the show like it, and it was such an exciting challenge to try to improve upon a show I already loved,’ she added.

The Eras Tour Book was released exclusively at Target last week for $39.99.

Describing the set’s visuals and props she said she aimed to ‘create the illusion of an alien abduction, a battle scene, a religious institution, a mental institution, a haunted house and a showgirl’s dressing room routine.’

The 14-time GRAMMY winner rhapsodized the feat, claiming the addition of was ‘ambitious as hell’ but proclaimed its ‘the most dramatic, cathartic, female-rage driven part of the night.’

She previously revealed that the book includes never-before-seen photos from over 100 shows, as well as the chance for fans to own The Tortured Poets Department: The Anthology on vinyl and CD.

The 1 singer also described the hot commodity as the ‘official retrospective of the most wonderful tour of her life.’

She also sparked rumors of a possible twelfth album and another tour with the final line in the Eras Tour Book: ‘See you next era.’

Swift shocked fans back in February when she announced her 11th studio album, The Tortured Poets Department, at the 66th Annual Grammy Awards when she took the stage to accept the Best Pop Vocal Album and Album of the Year awards for Midnights.

TTPD and its deluxe version, The Anthology, were released on April 19, and are speculated to detail heart shattering moments from her failed relationships with exes Joe Alwyn and Matty Healy with the smash hits ‘Peter’, ‘loml’, ‘So Long, London’ and ‘The Smallest Man Who Ever Lived.’

The Tennessee native also gave fans a glimpse into her current relationship with NFL star Travis Kelce with the tracks ‘So High School’ and ‘The Alchemy.’

Merely days after the record hit streaming platforms, the five-foot-eleven beauty teased that some tracks would find their way onto the impressive 44 song setlist.
