It’s the end of an era(s tour) for Taylor Swift. The worldwide phenomenon wrapped her record-breaking concert tour this past weekend with her final show in Vancouver on Dec. 8. The Eras Tour, which began back in March 2023, raked in over $2 billion in ticket sales and even helped to thrust the pop icon to billionaire status.
At her final concert, Swift thanked fans for “being part of the most thrilling chapter” of her life, one that has seen her spend more than a year traveling the globe and featuring dozens of high-profile guest performers in her 149 shows—including boyfriend Travis Kelce.
A slew of A-list guests have attended Swift’s concerts during her 21-month run on the road—while ticket sales sparked a frenzy among fans and saw concerts sell out time and time again.
In an interview last year, she told Time, “This is the proudest and happiest I’ve ever felt, and the most creatively fulfilled and free I’ve ever been.”
She noted her commitment to the three-hour long performances, which she had partly prepared for by reportedly singing for hours while running on the treadmill.
“I know I’m going on that stage whether I’m sick, injured, heartbroken, uncomfortable, or stressed,” she told Time. “That’s part of my identity as a human being now.”
So where will Swift head to spend some well-deserved R&R in her post-Eras era? She has some absolutely amazing real estate to choose from, in enviable locales across the country (and the option to cozy up at her BF’s pad, too).
Waterfront abode in Hendersonville
The 34-year-old may want to check in with her family over the holidays. Although Swift grew up in Pennsylvania on a Christmas tree farm as a young child (the 2019 song “Christmas Tree Farm” is an homage to the place), her family moved to Hendersonville, TN, in 2004 so Swift could pursue her music career.
Her father, Scott Swift, paid $790,000 for a waterfront property in the Nashville area. The pleasant home offers four bedrooms and five bathrooms across 5,120 square feet. Built in 1980, the home was updated in 2018, according to records. The spread sits on 1.77 acres and contains a dock along with “fantastic views” of the water.
The Swifts still own the waterfront home with views of the Cumberland River.
Nashville nice
Swift clearly still has ties to the area. In 2009, the musician made a purchase of her own at the age of 20, picking up a $2 million luxury condo in Nashville’s Music Row neighborhood just four years after signing a record deal with Big Machine Records.
The three-bedroom, 4.5-bathroom penthouse spans more than 3,500 square feet.
She also picked up a one-bedroom apartment below hers for $387,000 and still owns both units.
Forest Hills home
Swift added a swanky estate to her portfolio in 2011 with the purchase of a Greek Revival style mansion in the gated Northumberland Estate neighborhood of Nashville.
The star paid $2.5 million for the 8,779 square foot residence. The offering features five bedrooms, 8.5 baths, and over 5 acres.
The 1964-era build is valued at almost double what she paid. The good daughter reportedly picked up the property for her parents.
‘Holiday House’ in Rhode Island
Swift’s aptly named “Holiday House,” on Watch Hill has become her go-to spot for star-studded gatherings of her “squad” and where she recently spent some time off during her globe-trotting tour.
The real estate wheeler dealer purchased this lavish estate for $17,750,000 in 2013. The seaside home had once once belonged to composer and socialite Rebekah Harkness, who was married to William Hale “Bill” Harkness.
The home’s past seems to be the inspiration for Swift’s song, “The Last Great American Dynasty.”
The opulent abode set on over 5 acres spans more than 11,000 square feet of interior living space and features eight bedrooms, a 36-foot-long parlor, and an octagonal dining room.
It is at this property where Swift has enjoyed many a holiday gathering with friends, using it as the location for her annual July 4th celebrations for many years—and more recently hosting everyone from from Patrick Mahomes to Jason Kelce for a late summer getaway in August.
Sales in the city
While Swift’s other properties are no doubt impressive, her New York City perch is in a class by itself.
In 2014, Swift snapped up two penthouses in the chic Tribeca neighborhood for about $20 million and combined them into a nine-bedroom, nine-bath abode with beamed ceilings, a curved staircase, and enormous windows.
She purchased a third unit in the building a few years later for $9.75 million, increasing her Tribeca takeover by over 3,500 square feet.
Then, in 2017, the pop star splurged on an adjacent townhouse, paying $18 million for the three-story megamansion. Measuring 5,000 square feet, the townhome adds additional square footage to her growing urban empire.
Beverly Hills home
Like all of Swift’s choice properties, the Hollywood abode she purchased is nothing less than iconic.
Purchased in 2015 for $25 million, the lavish spread was once owned by movie producer Samuel Goldwyn, co-founder of Goldwyn Pictures.
The “epitome of cordial grace and distinguished heritage,” the listing notes, the 1930s-era estate sits on nearly 2 acres and offers over 10,000 square feet of living space. Highlights include seven bedrooms including a guest suite, a screening room, and gym. The parklike grounds offer up a championship tennis court, rose garden, poo,l and private pool house.
Chez Maison Kelce
Of course, the singing sensation has made headlines for her love life as well as her concert schedule. The entertainer extraordinaire has been dating NFL player Travis Kelce.
The Kansas City Chiefs tight end recently purchased a Taylor-worthy $6 million spread in the desirable suburb of Leawood, KS, in 2023.
He then immediately got to work on an elaborate “man cave” in the basement.
According to plans, the underground space will include an array of amenities, including a specialty golf simulator.
Plans for the underground area revealed that builders were set to begin work by digging up the basement floor and lowering it by 2 feet in order to add more space to the final product.
An employee at the Leawood Public Works Department confirmed to Realtor.com® in October that a “permit for [Kelce’s home] was filed two weeks ago for a remodel on an existing basement, two new drainage interiors and forming concrete walls.”
Now that Swift will have some time off, perhaps she’ll work on redoing the rest of the home a la Taylor.
Kelce, 35, purchased the 17,000-square-foot mansion after going public with Swift, who has also been spotted at his hometown games.
As privacy is paramount for the couple, this 3.5-acre spread would seem ideal.
The six-bedroom, six-bathroom mansion sits behind a gated entrance. The home includes a chef’s kitchen, formal dining room, media lounge, wine cellar, and full bar.
Outside, the backyard features a pool, along with an outdoor kitchen, a tennis/pickleball court, waterfall, hot tub, and miniature golf course.
