COMING SOON: Travis Kelce Planning Lavishly Expensive Taylor Swift Proposal

Kansas City Chiefs tight end Travis Kelce is chasing his third straight Super Bowl championship and his fourth overall, but that may not be the most important ring that Kelce possesses in the next few months.

The seven-time All-Pro has been dating pop star Taylor Swift for over a year, and the couple have reportedly had talks about getting engaged once the NFL season ends, which for Kelce, could come in mid-February if the Chiefs make it to their fifth Super Bowl in the last six seasons (Kansas City is seeking to become the first team in NFL history to three-peat as Super Bowl champions.)

And once Swift’s “Eras Tour” ends on Dec. 8, she’ll have much more free time on her hands, which her friends have reportedly urged her to spend settling down and starting a family with Kelce, who’s also likely nearing the end of his NFL career.

With things getting serious between the NFL star and the 14-time Grammy winner, few would be surprised if they do announce an engagement sometime soon. In fact, OK! Magazine recently reported that Kelce could propose as early as Christmas.

If he does, fans now have an idea of who much he’s willing to spend on a Swift’s ring after a report from RadarOnline, which stated the 35-year-old TE plans to spend close to $12 million on the perfect ring for the “Love Story” singer.

“Travis doesn’t want to fumble this one,” a source told RadarOnline. “He’s been putting a lot of pressure on himself to make every detail of this proposal perfect, especially the ring.

“He wants the whole thing to be unforgettable, and that includes finding the right ring. He wants something that will sweep Taylor off her feet. But it goes beyond the rock. The actual proposal is also stressing him out. He’s not the type to do things halfway, so he’s been brainstorming the perfect location – and it all has to be a big surprise.”

Kansas City Chiefs tight end Travis Kelce (87) kisses Recording artist Taylor Swift after winning Super Bowl LVIII against the San Francisco 49ers at Allegiant Stadium.

Rumors of a possible engagement have been following Kelce and Swift for months.

Some, including ESPN “Monday Night Football” announcer and former Dallas Cowboys quarterback Troy Aikman, are convinced they’re already engaged but just haven’t announced it yet.
