Liverpool star Mohamed Salah has acknowledged that his ongoing contract situation remains on his mind after leading the Reds to a 2-0 victory over Manchester City. The two Premier League giants faced off at Anfield on Sunday, December 1.

Salah’s stellar form this season continued as he orchestrated Liverpool’s impressive win. The Egyptian forward set up Cody Gakpo’s opener in the 12th minute with a clever assist and later converted a penalty in the 78th minute, scoring in his sixth consecutive Premier League match.

However, despite his pivotal role, Salah has yet to receive a new contract offer, with his current deal expiring at the end of the season.
