Patrick Mahomes and the Kansas City Chiefs have a bye in Week 10 before facing the Denver Broncos in Week 11.
They currently have a 5-4 record, with wins over the New York Giants, Baltimore Ravens, Detroit Lions, Las Vegas Raiders and the Washington Commanders. Their four losses came to the Los Angeles Chargers, Philadelphia Eagles, Jacksonville Jaguars and the Buffalo Bills.
Mahomes remains focused on one thing, and that’s winning his fourth Super Bowl title after losing the big game last season to the Eagles.
Meanwhile, he’s been active off the field and in the community with his foundation called 15 and Mahomies.
On Thursday, Food Allergy Research & Education posted on social media, thanking Mahomes, his wife Brittany Mahomes and the foundation for a $200,000 donation at the sixth annual gala in October.
“We’re deeply grateful to Brittany and Patrick Mahomes and the 15 and the Mahomies Foundation for their incredible support of FARE and the food allergy community,” Food Allergy Research & Education posted. “FARE was honored to be among this year’s recipients of the foundation’s generous giving. Since last year, food allergy has become one of their key philanthropic pillars, reflecting the Mahomes family’s own journey with this disease and their commitment to helping others who face it every day.”
Mahomes launched 15 and the Mahomies back in April 2019.
The foundation’s mission is “dedicated to improving the lives of children. The Foundation supports initiatives that focus on health, wellness, communities in need of resources and other charitable causes.”
