šŸ”„ YANKEES AIMING BIG: Eyeing a $350M‑plus deal for a World Series champion and 4‑time All‑Star to potentially shake up the lineup and spark a shift for New York Yankees – maybe even moving Aaron Judge to center field…ll

Yankees predicted to sign $350M World Series champion, 4-time All-Star, possible Aaron Judge move image

The New York Yankees are coming off a season where they feel they could have accomplished more. However, when it came down to it, their lineup just wasn’t built to make a deep playoff run. The Yankees are expected to be very active this winter, and one name to watch is Kyle Tucker, who will be demanding a hefty contract.

ā€œPredicted Contract: 10 years, $350 million. This would be the fifth-largest contract ever given to an outfielder, and only Juan Soto ($51 million), Aaron Judge ($40 million), and Mike Trout ($35.5 million) clock in with a higher AAV on their deals,ā€ Bleacher Report’s Joel Reuter wrote.

Throughout the season, the talk was whether Tucker would be one and done with the Cubs. Now, with free agency about to begin, Tucker has seemingly made his intentions crystal clear.

ā€œWe’ll see what happens. Don’t know what the future is going to hold. If not, it’s been an honor playing with all these guys and wish everyone best of luck whether it’s playing next year or not with them,ā€ Tucker said.

The Yankees are going to have to make some major moves to keep up with the Toronto Blue Jays, as it seems most of their core players plan to return. There’s growing belief that the Yankees could strike a deal with Tucker.

ā€œHowever, he could be the player the New York Yankees decide to make a top priority, and if they want to flex their own financial muscle, they are still capable of spending with any team in baseball,ā€ Reuter wrote. ā€œA $40 million annual salary is not out of the question, and after losing Juan Soto to the Mets last winter, the Yankees will again need to address their outfield as Cody Bellinger is expected to opt out of the final year of his contract.ā€

Tucker is expected to be the most sought-after free agent this offseason. Many teams will be bidding for him, but the Yankees are in desperate need of outfield help. The deal would likely push Judge back to center.

Bringing in Tucker wouldn’t just strengthen the defense — it would make the batting lineup significantly more dangerous. This deal would be a dream come true for the Yankees.
