The countdown to the holiday season / shoving a bunch of candy canes into your mouth is officially on! And IDK about you, but Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce have some cute plans.

The newly engaged couple are reportedly taking it easy this year, and will spend Christmas with their families at home. In other words, they aren’t going on some big trip.

“It will be very low-key, family-centric and [won’t involve any] major travel,” an insider tells Us Weekly. “Travis fits right in with her family, and Taylor adores [his mom] Donna. They talk all the time. They make sure to see both sides as often as they can. They are super family-oriented, and they have always loved that about one another.”

It’s also possible that the pair could make a public appearance since the Chiefs are playing games on both Thanksgiving and Christmas, so stay tuned!

“With both of their high-profile careers, it feels good to have simplicity and normalcy together,” a source says of Tay and Travis’ life at home. “Taylor puts a lot of thought into creating a welcoming atmosphere, from curating the playlist to setting a beautiful table and cooking herself. They’re about connection, laughter and slowing down.”
