The Kansas City Chiefs are back on track following their 30-17 win over the Detroit Lions last week.

Chiefs tight end Travis Kelce had a big game against Detroit. He recorded six catches for 78 yards and was credited with four missed tackles, more than his entire total in 2024 (3). Helping cheer Kelce on at Arrowhead Stadium, his fiancée, Taylor Swift.

Following a jam-packed two-week promotional tour for her record-breaking album, “The Life of a Showgirl,” Swift returned to Kansas City for the Sunday Night Football matchup.

While the pop star has quietly attended all of the Chiefs’ home games this season, this marked the first matchup she was photographed and appeared on the national broadcast. Swift rocked a custom Ganni minidress and Vivienne Westwood boots. After the game, she celebrated the win at Prime Social with Kelce’s friends and family.

Fans hope to see Swift at Allegiant Stadium this weekend when the Chiefs face the Las Vegas Raiders in Week 7. While Swift hasn’t attended an away game since the 2023 NFL season, the 14-time Grammy winner has great memories in Las Vegas. “The Fate of Ophelia” singer helped celebrate the Chiefs’ Super Bowl win over the San Francisco 49ers in Sin City in 2024.

While her official status for the Chiefs-Raiders game remains up in the air, Swift turned heads with a generous donation two days before the matchup.

While Swift has kept a low profile since the Chiefs-Lions game, she made a $100,000 donation to help a two-year-old girl named Lilah Smoot receive life-saving care for stage 4 brain cancer.

Swift wrote in the GoFundMe page’s comments section, “Sending the biggest hug to my friend, Lilah! Love, Taylor.”

Following the release of “The Life of a Showgirl,” Lilah’s mom, Caitlin Smoot, shared a video on Instagram of her daughter pointing to Swift dancing in her new music video and claiming, “That’s my friend.” The video went viral with fans tagging the singer and Kelce for her to see the sweet moment.

Word must’ve gotten around. On Friday, October 17, shortly after Swift made her donation, Smoot posted a thank-you video. She wrote, “Is this real life? Thank you so so much @taylorswift . I am in shock. This means so much to us. I can’t express in words how incredibly grateful we are. Tyler and I can just focus on our baby girl and being together as a family. I can’t stop crying. You have given us such a beautiful gift. Thank you ❤️❤️❤️❤️.”

Fans gushed over the heartwarming interaction. One man commented, “YAY!!! 🙌🙌🙌 So many happy tears here!!! 🥰🥰🥰.” A Swiftie wrote, “this is everything 🥹👏🏻.” One woman added, “Taylor Swift is the most incredible human! I hope your baby girl feels the love and recovers soon! ❤️❤️.”

Following the unprecedented success of her latest album, Swift’s net worth ballooned to over $2 billion. While Swift famously made donations to charities and food banks in every city the “Eras Tour” stopped, she also makes plenty of sizable donations without any fanfare.

While defending Swift against criticism on Threads, model and actress Ruby Rose shared an incredible statement about Swift. Rose wrote, “lol. She used to scroll go fund me like a social media app. Clicking ‘reach their donation’ like the ‘like’ button. 😂”
